RIIDEye is the new name for the product previously called SAM940 (or PGT950). RIIDEye is a pioneer in spectral survey meters that can be operated with one hand, allowing for easy operation and enabling on-site measurements of dose rate, count rate, spectral measurement, and nuclide identification. RIIDEye is also a high-grade product that can be used as a stationary radiation analysis device as an option.

High-performance spectral survey meter equipped with a high-performance CdZnTe semiconductor detector.

By adopting CdZnTe semiconductor detectors, it is possible to completely separate and measure Cs134 and Cs137. In addition to dose rate (μSv/hr) and counting rate (CPS), radiation spectrum data can be measured and displayed in real-time, allowing for easy confirmation on-site of what radioactive substances are indicated by the peak positions. The built-in camera also allows for the transmission of measurement data (spectrum) and analysis results along with images via email. (WiFi environment required)
